This course prepare students in the areas of food service, food preparation and hospitality. Students will gain knowledge and experience in all aspects of the culinary industry, including cooking techniques, baking, catering, and full restaurant services. Students are trained in ServSafe® and upon successful completion, receive a training certificate. Students may be eligible to earn college credit
